FAO's Commission for Controlling the Desert Locust in the Central Region (CRC) and the Directorate of Planning and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform in Syria are organizing 2 national training courses on Desert Locust Survey and Control Operations and Maintenance of Sprayers used in Desert locust Control, during 21-26 May 2022 in Damascus – Syrian Arab Republic.
The course is designed to strengthen the national training capacities of the locust affected countries on different aspects of Desert Locust Management.
