Desert Locust Situation in SUDAN during August 2014
During August 2014; the Desert Locust situation in Sudan considered to be calm. Extensive survey operations were carried out covered all accessible summer breeding areas. Mature and immature solitary adults and hoppers were observed in some surveyed areas. No control operations conducted.
